404 - File or directory not found.

This is what I am getting now....

I just had everything moved to a new server. Same file structure, kind of a drag and drop all folders to the new server. Everything is the same, DNS, IP, everything. Everything is working but the updater now cannot see the wyserver.wys file. All I get is:

404 - File or directory not found.The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

If I put a text.zip file in the folder and try to download it, no problem. I put a new index.html file in the folder, no problem. But it will not read the wyserver.wys file. The permissions for the wyserver.wys file are Read&Execute and Read.

HELP me if you can.
