There are no plans to make static libraries for Embarcadero C++ Builder. If there's more demand in the future we might consider it.

I would prefer to use static libraries instead of DLLs, but we are using Embarcadero C++ Builder so at the moment this is not an option. Would you consider providing libraries for this environment?I realise there may be quite a heavy startup cost for you to do this, but I'm not sure how many requests you get for this so here's one at least.
