Where is TurboActivate.dll?

Well again me, so pls be patience 🙂 with me, so after i lunch API vb net project after i downloaded, i get message that it failed loaded 'Turboactivate.dll' so where can i get this file? As it is not in download i check all folders.Thanks

Ok I found it in folder called "x86" but even throught i put copy this files + TurboActivate.exe + dat file in same folder in BIN -> I cant run the debug Test app from your site i downloaded, it keeps saying error:"An error occurred creating the form. See Exception.InnerException for details. The error is: Unable to load DLL 'TurboActivate.dll': The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E)"
