Can you send your project file (*.wyp) to support@wyday.com ?
Also, what system are you running on (Windows XP, Windows XP x64, Vista (x86/x64), Windows 7)? Does this happen every time you run your update?
I created a new update for my program and when I try to update it, wyUpdate gets the error:

windows 7 x64 and the updater launches automatically every time I launch my app
sent the .wyp
Unfortunately there's not enough info in the wyBuild project (it looks fine).
I take it you're using the AutomaticUpdater, correct? Are you passing custom parameters to wyUpdate? Does wyUpdate fail immediately, or does updating start?
What happens when you just double click wyUpdate.exe?

Yes. Include all the files. wyBuild scans the files for differences. Read the step-by-step walkthrough.
Alright, we've fixed this in wyUpdate 2.6.4, out now.
