Changing the program folder

We install our product to c:\program Files(x86)\myProduct\VersionNumber (1.0.0, 1.0.1 etc). Can I use wyBuild/wyUpdate to rename the folder as part of my update? I can's see any way to do this. What I've tried:I created the wybuild project for myProduct and placed the folder 1.0.0 (instead of the files under 1.0.0) in the files& folders section for product v 1.0.0 and similarly for v1.0.1. On running wyupdate, I get a folder 1.0.1 added to the original folder - c:\program Files(x86)\myProduct\1.0.0\1.0.1
