which port is used to check activation? 80 or which?Problem is that when we check activation it always says "internet connection error" although internet is ok.My opinion is that the port that is used for activation is blocked on user's isp. What else could be reason?

Is the customer using proxies? Are they properly configured? What happens when the user types "http://wyday.com/limelm/" in their browser? Do they get something other than our site? They might be blocking access to the activation servers.
