WPF version of AutomaticaUpdater requires always .NET Framework version 3.5 regardless C:\Program Files (x86)\wyBuild\AutomaticUpdater\Microsoft .NET 4.0\AutomaticaUpdaterWPF.dll referenced.I didn't see any differences between \Microsoft .NET 4.0\AutomaticaUpdaterWPF.dll and AutomaticaUpdaterWPF.dll.Is it a bug?

They're different. They have roughly the same size and roughly the same timestamp, but one require .NET 4.0+, and the other requires .NET 3.5.

We can't reproduce this. Make sure your installation of wyBuild hasn't been modified. Also make sure you reference the correct AutomaticUpdaterWPF dll.
