Cannot stop Windows service

wyUpdate cannot stop windows service, which is being updated. After InstallNow, service is still running.

When I restart the service manually, update continues.

The problem is not starting/stopping another service. Service is updating itself.

I don't know what you mean. Are you including the service in your updates? If so, then you need to stop it before the update and start it after the update.
