Trial expired

Hello,

several customers seem to experience "Trial expired" error messages even though they have successfully activated the software... (1) The customer tried the 14 days trial(2) The customer activated the software (key valid)(3) The customer gets a random "trial" expired(4) Reentering the old license key won't (re-)activate the software

What are possible reasons for that? There doesn't seem to be a pattern in it...Thanks!Jan

Shoot us an email at support@wyday.com and include a few of the product keys. Also, deactivate the current activation in LimeLM to let the user reactivate.

My guess is that the user(s) changed enough components in their computer so that TurboActivate thinks it's a different computer. In the future if they want to do that without having to bother you, they should first deactivate, then make all the large computer changes, then reactivate.
