Error Code 1

Another user is getting an 'Error Code 1' - he seemed to managed to get it activated eventually (maybe through an offline activation response I sent) but said that when he used the computer again, the license had become deactivated again (it still shows as activated in the online UI). User hasn't given me a lot of details to go on.

An error code 1 is a general error (it might be he's blocking access to wyday.com, and thus the activation is failing). What version of TurboActivate are you using?

The user reported that the software was activated at one point (maybe after an offline activation) but returned to an unactivated state after a reboot/login/reset.
