limelm.pkey.deactivate rate limit?Solved

Is there a number of requests that we can make per minute? I am trying to deactivate a few activations by calling limelm.pkey.deactivate and only first one gets processed while all other requests return Error 128 The activation doesn't exist or you don't have access to it.
