One of our big client is trying to update our application without success. Their network uses a proxy and I went through all the threads and documentation about it but still fails to have them update.
What we know:- Directly in internet explorer we can access the update files without problem. - Through the wyUpdate we get the "The remote name could not be resolved" error. - With or without the "proxy" parameters on the command line we get the same error.
I've asked them to verify the firewall, their security suite settings, the privileges on the computer. Is there anything else that would pop to mind to anyone reading this? What else can we try? What other aspect can we look into or suggest that they try?

Are they running wyUpdate as the same user-elevation as Internet Explorer? That is, try double clicking wyUpdate. Does it work?
My thinking is that everything is configured correctly for logged on users, but they might have it misconfigured for admin users or system-level users.
