remove old version (.MSI)

Hello Support,

When I do the update, my .MSI file fails because the older version needs to be removed before a new version can be installed. Do you know how others have got around this problem? Do you have any ideas?

I'm not quite sure what you're asking. Is this a problem with wyUpdate, or are you asking how to make your MSI do updates?
