Error during update

I'm going to include wyUpdate in my app, and testing the trial version now.One of the testers reported a problem when updating during "Extracting files" stage:An error occured - The update failed to install.Some or all identity references could not be translated.

  1. What version of wyUpdate and wyBuild are you using?
  2. What Operating system are you running on? (e.g. Windows XP, Windows 7 32-bit, etc.)
  3. Are you running as a limited user? Or an admin user?
  4. Are you doing anything special? For instance, are you creating a limited user and giving it faux-admin rights?
