I was wondering how the licensing for wyBuild works. Is the license bound to a specific machine or can I use it on all my computers?
In wyBuild 2.6.x we're using the pre-cursor to LimeLM. In wyBuild 2.7 we're switching to LimeLM (a.k.a. hardware-locked licensing). This will be a seemless switch. You'll be able to install on multiple computers but you'll need to deactivate one copy to use another. Or buy multiple licenses to use multiple copies at the same time.
Is wyBuild still a maintained product? I currently give it a try and really like it but the latest version seems to be nearly 3 years old...
The latest version, 2.6.14, is about 8 months old -- I'm not sure where you got the 3 year number.
We're about 2 days away from releasing wyBuild 2.6.15 which includes tons of new features and bugfixes. So, yes, wyBuild is still actively developed and growing in usefulness.
