Nope, we don't currently have the ability to search for product keys based on what platform they were activated on.
Open the LimeLM.cs file and you'll see all functions. In that file search for "limelm.pkey.delete" and you'll find the function.
It sounds like TurboActivate is loading the TurboActivate.dat from it's default search path (on Windows that's the exe's location + TurboActivate.dat).

Since you're planning on replacing the forum, you might want to check out http://www.forummatrix.orgThey have a decent Wizard which helps select a forum software based on your requirements.

Even in the Advanced Search, it doesn't allow me to export those Advanced Search Results.

I've tried a search, and cannot find the alternatives & stop-gaps you mention.
We're fixing this soon when we release the updated site (with new forum). The single-sign-on will work with both LimeLM and the forum.
Please don't ask the same question in multiple places. Forum is the best place to ask (so other people can hopefully search and find the answer).
