As does this forum post (which is just a more spelled-out version of the FAQ).

We would like to know what are the available *levels of access* when creating a new user.I currently have the solo plan, so I can't access that page (and I cant find a help page for that page either) Ideally we would like to have a second user with limited capabilities, for example the ability only to create new or update certain registration keys, but not the ability to search for keys or read the license fields from other keys. Also the *restricted* users would like to have a different web api key than the main limelm user.
Medium term (next month or so): Advanced search using custom license fields via the LimeLM interface.
I find myself repeatedly having to search old posts and ask questions, when most of this can be better laid out in a self contained manual.
Specifically, the feature to be able to upgrade to a specific version is a "must have" for us and the fact that version 2.7 has not been released for quite a long time caused us to search for alternative ways to achieve this. Therefore my question: If we wait for version 2.7 until Q4 2016, will the feature to upgrade to specific, esp.
My apologies if this has been asked before but I think this is more of me not exactly understanding how the whole update process works. I did a quick search but didn't exactly see what I'm looking for.
Right now you can get it using the advanced search feature in LimeLM. >> "Also, is anyone aware of any out of the box tools that exist to create an integration with salesforce.com other that pinging the API directly?"
Doing a quick google search for "Java installer" I found this open source one: IzPack.
One thing I've found is that it doesn't seem to be possible to search for a license key based on that field, though, and often that's what a user who has lost their license key is able to remember (or at least derive from their machine).
I can't get notifications to work on this forum (probably not clicking somewhere I should) - is there an email notification about updates?
I already did all the steps mentioned on https://wyday.com/forum/t/1410/automatic-updater-not-working-but-wyupdate-exe-does-help-please/. but still it is not working.
Is it fair to assume that this false-negative in license detection is caused by the fingerprinting which has been referred to in other forum posts? Will this particular situation be addressed in v4.0?
See this post: https://wyday.com/forum/t/3991/app-crash-when-using-setcustomproxy/#post-19061 I used the example you posted verbatim.
I have searched on the forum for floating license capabilities and saw replies that there was a push to get TurboFloat out soon.
There's a similar bug report for Windows that we're looking into: https://wyday.com/forum/t/3646/crash-in-tf_requestlease-when-linking-statically-in-vs2015/ We'll update this when we have more information (can reproduce, etc.)
Before signing up the documentation was not so assuring because it didn't have much details. My suggestion is to modify the documentation to add a brief of the excellent answers you're providing users with over here at the forum. Thanks. Also, I hope the ASP.NET example of using the Web API could be available soon.
I read somewhere in the forum that a public ftp site should be used. I have created a different ftp site but I need to know how I can update wyupdate's files on client computer to use new download site.
I've found solution here: https://wyday.com/forum/t/2756/you-must-enter-a-valid-product-key/ After [… removing implementation detail folders], TA_CheckAndSavePKey() finally returns TA_OK, but now TA_Activate() returns TA_E_PKEY (code 2) on a valid key.
