Failed to activate

Failed to activate

A user is getting a "failed to activate" message when he enters his license key in Windows (Adobe Air application). The server side looks good - I am seeing activations on the LimeLM server when he attempts to activate.

How can I debug this? I can't reproduce this behavior. This is the latest version of TurboActivate.

  1. What version of TurboActivate does this version of your app have? (Is it TA 3.1.3 on the user's machine).
  2. If it's TA 3.x+, are you using TA_USER or TA_SYSTEM?
  3. What's the exact return code for the Activate() function?
