Cannot log in my old account

I have an old account but I could not log in yesterday. So I have to create a new account. But my old account information lost.

If you're 100% sure your username is accurate then realize we do the following from time to time:

1. Remove free accounts that use "throwaway" or inaccurate emails.

2. Remove free accounts in which multiple were created by a user or group of users (in an attempt to "work around" paying us).

3. Remove "paying" accounts that never actually pay us (i.e. start a paying account, cancel it before a successful transaction actually takes place)

4. Remove other types of accounts with fraudulent activity (stolen credit cards, selling illegal or legally questionable material, etc., etc.)



If you're on a paying plan that is using a real email with a real payment method we won't remove your account.

I don't believe my situation is one of you mentioned. But anyway, is there anyway I can get my old account back?
