The procedure ?ProductKeyExists error [Solved]

Hello-

I recently started getting the error message

"The procedure ?ProductKeyExists@@YAJXZ could not be located in the DLL TurboActivate.dll"

First our "Trial period has expired. Please purchase a valid key" dialog box pops up. Then, when the user tries to reactivate on a PC the above error message comes up instead of the TurboActivate window with the options to enter a valid key, etc.

Any suggestions? Are we/they perhaps using the wrong TurboActivate.dat with the .dll?

TurboActivate version is 2.13.0.0

OK, found the problem.

Apparently we pushed out an update where the TurboActivate.exe and .dll were of different versions.

Spoke too soon

With the .exe and .dll replaced with the current versions, now that error message goes away but I get the following exception:
