Pls. and Pls. i have cancel my account with you guys and you are still deducting my money. I have cancel my account through my account control panel, i dont seem to understand what is happening again.

You had opened 2 separate accounts (for some reason). One of them was previously canceled. I've just canceled the other account at your request. For future reference, you can cancel your account on your account page.
