After successful update application couldn't start

Hi,

In this case.
I updated the application from menu.
And clicked the "Install now" button.
My App closed but couldn't restarted.

Even I double click my app's exe. It couldn't start.
(I checked my update files before packaging for update... it wasn't broken)

wyUpdate broke the app. And if I clicked the wyUpdate It said your app is already up to date.
I puted a new update to server and this second update it fixed the app.

How we can fix this situations without putting a new update?
Have you heard this kind of issues much?

What wyupdate.exe version? What AutomaticUpdate.dll version? What operating System?

Did your app start in the task manager? Did it close right away or stay open?

OS is Win 7.
AutomaticUpdate.dll's version is 2.6.18.0

wyUpdate is custom build from 2.6.16.4 source. (I just removed the lazySSL method.)

the app didn't seem open. I didn't check the task manager or hash of the file.
I am trying to reproduce the situation but it didn't happen again.
