Sorry, I linked to the wrong article (fat fingers! ).

Here's the article I meant to link to which explains license features: Custom license features.

Tell me if that helps.
Hey Greg,

This is already possible with license features.

So, just add the "features" you want (Company name, contact name, etc.) and then you can enter those when you generate the product key (or later on if you want).

Tell me if that helps.
Where can find this so I can read more about this feature.

Thanks
Greg

I would like to see where we can add contact name and company name along with the email address for each license . Also the ability to add a note. Is this possible? I am a trial user but like the product just not enough information tied to the license dashboard. We may have several users using their main compnies email address that was used for registration or payment. We need a better way to identify the users license.

Can this be done and if so how long would it take to realize?

1) We would like to see when trials are activated (online), so we know what customer has started the trial and how many days they have left. This would be very important for us for handling additional trial extension for our customers if requested.

Trial extensions aren't activations. We'll think about tracking a bit more information, though.

2) It would be really helpful to have a description (short free text) on product features on the feature management page and the key generation page. For example Feature: x-y Description: Can be 0 or 1. Is used for ... Also it is not possible to see which features are mandatory when generating a key. I think this would also be a nice improvement.

You're absolutely right. We'll add these changes.

I've also some suggestions on improvements on the web dashboard that would help us very much.

CSV would be great. Or just one email per line in any text format is good. Thank you!

I will update the list myself as licenses are added so I don't have to bug you again.
